We are looking for a passionate Senior Regional Director to join our team and make a difference. As a Senior Regional Director,you’ll play a pivotal role in mentoring teens and delivering leadership training, managing staff to create impactful and fun programs, and managing program budgets and calendars for Jewish teens.

As a Senior Regional Director a typical day will include:

• Manage broad-based fundraising efforts and relationship building
• Manage and train volunteers.
• Manage a member recruitment process that expands the pipeline of prospects, aligns stakeholders, and prepares teens to invite other teens to join BBYO.
• Coordinate and execute large scale regional conventions and community-wide events.
• Seek out and develop relationships with parents, alumni and community partners to mobilize more people to grow BBYO, and drive metrics.
• Participate in organizational projects, teams, and summer programs as assigned to expand the movement and strengthen teen leadership.

• Abilities: Preference for those with experience with youth or teens in an informal education setting
• Experience: 4-8 years of work experience, 2+ years managing a team
• Education: A bachelor's degree or higher
