Hybrid Schedule

What

you will be doing

The Ecommerce Coordinator will coordinate and deliver on various ecommerce tasks to and from multiple teams: marketing, customer service, inventory management, IT, product, and brand.

  • Update and create content in the ecommerce admin:
    Product pages, Landing pages, Homepage, Content Pages, and Relationships & Configurations.
  • Liaise with internal development team for new features.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to ensure consumer friction is addressed through site updates.
  • Educate marketing and design teams on site possibilities.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the  admin.
  • Participate in workflow documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for onsite campaigns.
  • Coordinate on all marketing calendars.
  • Use data and industry insights to suggest merchandising strategies for home pages, landing pages, product pages, and site search.
  • Make content recommendations for seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain and support promotion codes for various teams.
  • Communicate site updates to relevant teams.
  • Work with inventory teams to assess gaps, stock, demand, and pricing.
  • Keep up with product development for new information, launches, and features.
  • Provide pricing support for the sales teams.
  • Support UI issues reported by customer service, product development, and sales teams.
  • Coordinate with internal and external groups for A/B testing.
  • Support the testing roadmap and communicate initiatives to relevant teams.
Skills needed to be successful in this role
  • Tech Savvy – comfortable with web-based technologies including admin UI, ecommerce structures, website design, and merchandising.
  • Experience with Magento and Atlassian preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Autonomy and ability to self-start.
  • Passion for improving the consumer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and take ownership of ecommerce communications for OXO.
  • Ambition and enthusiasm to enhance the consumer experience.
  • This is a growth role; the ideal candidate will build on a solid foundation.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of Magento admin experience
  • Experience with DTC marketing and digital product management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various teams
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and eagerness to learn new on-site marketing approaches
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

In New York, the standard base pay range for this role is $27.63 - $34.54 hourly. This range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries vary based on location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range is one component of total compensation.
