Louis Vuitton is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic PR Intern to join our Public Relations team based in New York City. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in public relations and communications within a leading luxury brand. We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented individual with a passion for fashion, media relations, and brand storytelling.

• Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistical coordination, particularly for international photo shoots based in the US.
• Monitor, track, and clip media coverage, identifying Louis Vuitton mentions in print and online publications.
• Compile press coverage recaps and presentations for internal reporting.
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing samples, as well as Paris loans, utilizing Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
• Liaise closely with messenger and courier services to ensure timely sample transfers.
• Create shipment invoices and manage daily outbound shipments to Paris, maintaining clear communication with headquarters.
• Input new sample information into the Fashion GPS database and maintain organized reference documents for the team.
• Maintain the showroom's neatness and presentation.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects as required.

We are seeking highly motivated, organized, data‑driven, and detail‑oriented interns who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively within a team environment. A strong aptitude for quickly learning and utilizing new databases and software is essential. Proficiency with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Launchmetrics, and/or Muck Rack is highly valued. Prior experience in Fashion, Public Relations, and/or Communications is a plus.

• Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
• Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour

• Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in related field of study
• Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
• We welcome candidates that are able to commit for 6-months on a full‑time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week.
• Legally authorized to work in the US

The position requires 5 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan.
