Job Summary

The Manager, Email & CRM Marketing leads email and customer relationship management marketing development to support strategy, execution, and optimization of electronic communications across WMCHealth. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role manages Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud, oversees segmentation and customer journeys, and ensures timely, personalized, and compliant communications to local communities, new and returning patients, clinicians, employees, and other audiences.

This position is critical in integrating CRM campaigns with the website and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email communications that align with organizational objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage the delivery of the WMCHealth’s newsletter Living Well while partnering with vendors in creation and optimization.
  • Implement targeted customer journeys to deliver personalized communications, including internal and external messaging, aligning with best-practice engagement strategies.
  • Analyze data to segment audiences effectively, increasing engagement and conversion. Ensure appropriate targeting is implemented for each campaign, executing with awareness of niche interests and unique sensitivities across the population.
  • Partner with service line leaders, operations teams, and subject matter experts to gather service information that drives email content and appropriate segmentation.
  • Partner with Marketing colleagues to ensure seamless integration of campaigns across all digital and print channels.
  • Create and manage forms using Form Assembly for data capture and website and patient engagement initiatives.
  • Partner with Manager, Digital Analytics & Optimization to understand performance, and recommend and implement performance-enhancing improvements.
  • Partner with Manager, Digital Analytics & Optimization, and with Patient Experience and Physician Leadership, to understand location and provider listing review/rating challenges and to build email journeys to support rating improvement.
  • Track advancements in the healthcare and CRM space and proactively suggest changes to improve digital platform performance.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and collaborative, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in digital marketing technologies.
Qualifications / Requirements Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of email marketing or CRM experience, required
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Health Cloud, preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field, required.
