Nothing Else is a new, sensitive skincare brand that has established early retail success with 40+ locations in So Cal. Our waterless, preservative-free formulas are disrupting the industry.
The MissionWe have the product, the retail footprint, and the brand soul. Now, we need the engine. We are looking for an end-to-end architect to take full ownership of our digital storefront and growth systems. You aren't just managing an agency, you are building the plumbing and the power plant of our DTC business from the ground up.
The RoleYou will be entirely in charge of the e-commerce ecosystem. Every flow, every pixel, and every ad account belongs to you. You are a self-starter who can identify the biggest lever for growth, build the system to pull it, and eventually hire the team to scale it.
Key Responsibilities- The Retention Engine: Own the Shopify + Klaviyo integration. You will build and optimize every automated flow (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase) and manage the full weekly campaign calendar.
- Social Commerce Mastery: Take absolute ownership of the Tik Tok Shop ecosystem, from technical setup to affiliate outreach and creator management.
- Paid Media Architecture: Design and manage the Meta/Google ad frameworks. You should be as comfortable in Ads Manager as you are in a spreadsheet.
- The Ambassador/UGC Flywheel: Build a scalable Subject Expert and Influencer program that drives both brand authority and high-converting content.
- System Optimization: Audit the digital storefront for conversion friction. You own the tracking, attribution, and the "Math" (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- The Transition: Successfully move the brand from a founder-led sales model to a system-led digital growth machine.
- DTC Builder: You have a proven track record of scaling physical product brands (ideally in beauty, wellness, or premium CPG).
- Technical Mastery: You are an expert in Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, and Tik Tok Shop. You don't need a tutorial to get started.
- Independent Operator: You don’t need a project manager. You thrive when given a goal and the autonomy to build the path to get there.
- Taste: You understand that "Growth" doesn't mean "Cheap." You know how to drive aggressive numbers while maintaining a minimalist, high-end brand aesthetic.

: $50–$100 per hour (commensurate with experience) OR a flat monthly retainer of $3,000–$5,000. - Performance Kicker
