The Social & Influencer Strategist supports the execution, coordination, and delivery of the brand’s social and influencer ecosystem. This role operationalizes the content and influencer strategy — ensuring timelines are met, deliverables are tracked, and campaigns launch seamlessly across platforms.
This is a highly organized, detail-oriented doer with strong platform fluency. The ideal candidate is “chronically online,” deeply immersed in social culture, and able to spot emerging trends early — while also being structured enough to manage trackers, decks, and reporting.
This role blends executional rigor with creative instinct and trend awareness.
Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end execution of social content and influencer initiatives across evergreen, campaign, and reactive moments- Coordinate timelines, approvals, publishing workflows, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-time delivery
- Track influencer contracts, deliverables, usage rights, and rollout schedules; ensure all obligations are fulfilled
- Assist in content creation where needed (concepting, filming, editing, trend adaptation), bringing a creator’s mindset to the team
- Monitor social platforms daily to identify emerging trends, formats, creators, and cultural moments; proactively surface opportunities
- Support management of the editorial calendar and ensure content is properly tagged, organized, and distributed
- Build and maintain trackers, templates, and organizational systems that improve workflow clarity and efficiency
- Pull performance data and identify early engagement signals across platforms
- Create reporting decks, campaign recaps, and performance summaries that translate metrics into clear insights
- Synthesize trend insights and audience sentiment into actionable recommendations for the Senior Manager and Head of Social & Influencer
- Support community management and monitor audience feedback, flagging risks and opportunities
Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range$95,000 - $105,000 USD
