The Internal Communications team at Reddit exists to build shared belief, deepen understanding, and strengthen the quality and speed of execution across our workforce. This team manages the flow of information across Reddit, cross-functionally unifying our strategy and creating signal in a global, high-growth company.
We are eager to add an exceptional Internal Communications Senior Manager to our ranks. As an individual contributor reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, this individual will be a dedicated business partner to Reddit’s EVP of Advertising Sales and the Global Sales Organization (GSO). This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead internal communications strategy and execution for one of the company’s largest and most dynamic business functions.
This individual should multiply productivity for the Global Sales Organization, bringing Reddit’s Internal Communications pillars to life:

- Improve: Strengthen quality and speed of execution against Reddit’s most critical opportunities
This role is required to work from our New York City office three days a week.
What You’ll Do- Communications Strategy Development: Build a results-driven strategy and an engaging ecosystem of communications programs that positively impact the belief and behavior of GSO employees.
- Narrative Development: Translate strategic revenue priorities and performance data into engaging and actionable narratives that get etched into memory like viral jingles.
- Content Development: Develop compelling content formats to share go-to-market priorities, transformation initiatives, and executive communications.
- Event Design & Facilitation: Design and execute tentpole, organization-wide communication moments like All Hands meetings, AMAs, and more.
- Change Management: Develop airtight communications plans that result in effective change absorption, business continuity, and revenue growth.
- Culture-Building: Amass and guide an internal network of influencers, thought leaders, and advocates to embed cultural ideals, proliferate continuous feedback, assess change absorption, and nurture multidirectional communication.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting: Define metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness, demonstrate impact, and enable continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with the Communications, HR, and Sales Strategy & Operations teams to ensure collective progress against cross-functional priorities.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold excellence in clarity, tone, and brand voice across all touchpoints.
- 8+ years in internal or executive communications; technology or media industry preferred.
- Strong track record of advising and influencing C-level and VP-level leaders.
- Proven success partnering with Sales and revenue-generating teams.
- Experience partnering with global teams across time zones.
- Confidence operating with agency and pace in ambiguity.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
- High emotional intelligence, strong organizational intuition, and operational discipline.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred, but not required.
