Marketing Internship; Unpaid​/College Credit

Beauty Fix Medspa is seeking a bilingual Marketing Intern with a strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. This role will support the Marketing and Social Media team with filming treatments in the medspa, editing videos, content organization, reporting, and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, and Tik Tok. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced aesthetic and wellness environment.

• Organize and manage content across Dropbox and Google Drive for all marketing channels
• Assist with filming and content creation for social media and marketing campaigns
• Support community management, including responding to comments, updating FAQs, and monitoring engagement
• Help prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Assist with daily marketing and administrative tasks
• Support content organization, compiling, proofreading, editing, and scheduling
• Update Canva templates and assist with basic photo color correction and retouching
• Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems
• Assist with planning, organizing, and documenting marketing events

• Minimum 6 months of experience in social media, graphic design, or digital marketing (agency or in‑house)
• Working knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, and Pinterest
• Ability to repurpose existing content and create original text, image, and video content
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
• Basic photography and video shooting skills, with the ability to retouch and edit content
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with AI editing tools and Go High Level
• Passion for social media, graphic design, photography, and digital marketing
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
• High personal standards and a strong sense of ownership over work quality

• Hands‑on experience with a fast‑growing medical aesthetics brand
• Exposure to real‑world marketing campaigns, content strategy, and performance reporting
