Job Purpose:

This internship aims to provide a bright, motivated individual with hands‑on experience in media strategy, planning, and buying within a dynamic streaming environment. You will gain valuable insight into how broadcast television, out‑of‑home, and audio media are planned and executed to support content launches and growth objectives.

You will also have the opportunity to coordinate closely with multiple departments—including finance, legal, research, creative, public relations, and media partners—to ensure that media campaigns run smoothly and efficiently from concept through delivery.

This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire real‑world experience that builds on classroom learning, enabling you to understand the intricacies of multi‑channel media planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Support media planning and buying activities across broadcast, out‑of‑home, audio, and digital channels.
  • Assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to inform media strategies.
  • Help track media budgets, timelines, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Coordinate project tasks and follow through with cross‑functional teams including finance, legal, research, creative, public relations, and media partners.
  • Assist in preparing media materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Learn about industry best practices and emerging trends in media strategy and execution.
  • Provide general administrative support to the media team as needed.
Knowledge and Experience
  • Keen interest in media planning, buying, marketing, or advertising industries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative approach to work with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred.
Salary Range

$17/hour base salary.

Please note that the salary range is intended to give an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience.
