Client Relationship Manager, Digital Marketing
Looking for an Account Manager for my client, a boutique digital agency that creates digital and interactive experiences. The company was recently acquired by a larger, global company dedicated to the digitization of spaces to generate unique experiences through the integration of A/V systems, spectacular content & innovative sensory marketing solutions.
They are looking for a tech-savvy, ambitious Account Manager who loves heavy client interaction. The agency works with a mix of high-profile brands such as Crunch, Sweetgreen, Cava, Lululemon, Equinox, and Shake Shack, along with many smaller and mid-size organizations globally.
Tasks will include building/maintaining client relationships, project management, and general end user support. This role will maintain and organize content instances for large, high-growth QSR and fitness clients based on projects and user needs, including price updates and seasonal launches. The AM will also maintain meticulous record-keeping of client requests in Notion & Net Suite Oracle, keeping all active reports up to date, and communicate updates in a timely and effective manner to clients.
This person must take initiative, have a passion for technology and possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Not a sales role. Lots of ownership. Must be able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks m to learn and grow with company.
Ability to work remotely or go into a beautiful office in NYC. Team events in NYC about once a month. EAST COAST only, ideally Tri State area.
IDEAL- BA/BS Degree.
- Looking at either Entry-level, 0-1yr+ experience or an Account Manager who brings heavy client interactions with 1-3 years of experience. Recent grads welcome to apply.
- Previous experience within a digital agency.
- Tech-Savvy:
Will be working with a CMS, CRM, and Notion. - Friendly, proactive, and enjoys client interaction.
- Adobe, HTML, Word Press exposure.
- Account Management experience, working with clients across a variety of verticals
- Knowledge of content delivery networks, or content management systems
- Exposure to the Food & Beverage, Fitness, Banking, Retail, or Corporate Communication markets
