• Research trending keywords, competitor Shorts, and evergreen “how‑to” topics.
• Script and film short, snappy videos using the HPC framework (Hook → Progression → Climax).
• Repurpose footage from bigger shoots into bite‑sized content.
• Add captions, optimize pacing, and ensure every Short hooks in under 3 seconds.
• Upload consistently, monitor analytics, and iterate on titles, tags, and structure.
• Focus on SEO‑driven daily Shorts output.

• 1–5 years in content creation, editing, or social media.
• Comfortable filming/editing end‑to‑end solo (DIY mentality).
• Prior experience managing a You Tube/Tik Tok channel
