Growth Marketing Manager

Metrics Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly scaling Series A fintech company serving SMBs across the United States. They are seeking a hands‑on, highly ambitious Growth Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing team and drive the next phase of revenue and customer growth.

• Operate as a true generalist across outbound execution, growth experiments, and marketing infrastructure.
• Drive aggressive revenue and customer growth targets of 40%+ month over month in partnership with the growth team.
• Design, run, and scale growth experiments across outbound, email, ads, events, and partnerships.
• Carry a quota and be fully accountable for results.
• Build and manage growth systems including CRM, analytics, and experimentation.

• 3+ years experience in a quota‑carrying, full‑cycle growth role with proven closing ability.
• Strong technical fluency across analytics, automated email, and CRM workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create strong collateral.
• Experience in an early‑stage, high‑growth startup (ideally Series A >
  
  C).
• Comfortable selling to SMB or non‑technical buyers.
• High ownership mindset with a do what it takes approach.
