Location: Onsite - New York, NY 10018

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Pay rate: $35-$39/hr

Description:

The Trade Marketing Specialist – Visual Merchandising supports the execution and operational excellence of trade marketing initiatives across multiple iconic eyewear and wearable brands. This role acts as a key liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors to ensure permanent fixtures, promotional materials, and marketing programs are ordered, tracked, delivered, and executed accurately and on time.

• Support the execution of marketing tool launches, campaign rollouts, and in-store activations
• Assist with visual merchandising initiatives aligned with Global Brand Guidelines
• Support digital executions including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising assets
• Help develop and maintain permanent and seasonal merchandising programs
• Act as day-to-day support contact for sales teams
• Manage cross-functional communication to resolve brand and trade marketing requests
• Coordinate requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Run, maintain, and publish weekly marketing materials reporting
• Monitor inventory levels of marketing materials and ensure availability
• Coordinate and execute tailor-made merchandising requests (Permanent & Seasonal)
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and fixtures

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2–3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Trade Marketing, or Project Management (internships considered)
• Experience in development and execution of visual merchandising programs
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and timelines simultaneously
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in real time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
