The Brand Marketing Dept at eos is responsible for the management of media channels across paid, owned, and earned channels as the voice of the brand. As Media Manager you will pay a critical role in shaping the future of eos’s paid
media practice with guidance from the Director of Media.
This role is critical to ensuring our branded campaigns across paid media - digital, social, video/streaming, OOH, and linear TV – deliver against awareness, equity, and business objectives.
You will manage the day-to-day work with our media agency, helping to ensure flawless execution, owning the financial reconciliation process, and partnering on reporting deliverables for paid campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with our creative and social teams to ensure our paid campaigns maximize the right assets for effective amplification. Additionally, you’ll support the Director in managing our paid media investment strategy to ensure our campaigns are best-in-class, staying relevant and top-of-mind with our audience while driving maximum business impact.
This is a role for someone who is a self-starter, quick to learn, meticulous and detailed, and likes to be at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities- Manage regular briefing cycles by product and category and work with agency team to develop media plans for campaigns, establishing clear KPIs across digital, social, video/streaming, linear TV, OOH, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure tactical media campaigns ladder back into expected business goals, strategy, and jobs to be done against audience targets.
- Lead paid media ad operations - ad tagging, creative trafficking, ad operations, and required measurement data flow requirements.
- Keep a pulse on competitive spend tracking, platform / industry updates, and emerging technologies to help Director identify areas of opportunity.
- Oversee live campaigns to ensure flawless execution against brand safety guardrails with impression delivery, and performance optimizations.
- Manage and optimize paid media budget with oversight from Director of Media.
- Work with our media agency and platform partners to ensure operational excellence when it comes to regular billing reconciliation and invoicing.
- Hands on keyboard support as needed with eos owned platform ad accounts.
- Ensure media performance tracking is updated on a regular cadence and create performance recaps to effectively communicate how paid campaign delivered for marketing review and statuses.
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity and testing to reach a qualified consumer for our brand, product, and other initiatives.
- Partner with cross functional eos team for synergies across OMNI Performance and Analytics for full funnel campaigns and impact.
- Partner closely with the brand team to align media plans with strategy, messaging, and creative assets needs and optimization opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying including significant hands‑on experience across Social, Video/Streaming, Digital, Linear TV, and OOH.
- Hands on keyboard experience with Meta Business Manager, Pinterest Business Hub, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong collaborator across internal teams including brand, performance, social/organic, and PR as well as external media agency and platform partners.
- Detailed oriented and organized with experience in managing budgets and reconciling media spend and invoicing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking for awareness metrics, reporting, and media optimization (from delivery metrics to brand, sales lifts, and MMMs).
- Meticulous attention to detail in ad operations experience for managing flawless and agile execution.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and fun environment.
- Direct experience with CPG, personal care, branding and awareness driving media is preferred.
- Analytical storytelling aptitude to contextualize not just what happened but what’s next in ongoing campaign performance and optimizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
