Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Creator to shape and lead our social media across all platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Pinterest, You Tube, and emerging channels. This role will execute a cohesive brand presence that elevates the brand’s luxury image, builds loyal communities, engages new audiences, and drives measurable business impact. This individual will be a brand storyteller, content creator, community builder, and digital innovator.

They must be comfortable behind the camera as a director and in front of the camera as an on-screen personality when needed for brand storytelling, product features, tutorials, and social moments.

Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content
  • Execute the social media strategy to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels.
  • Build and protect a clear, consistent, luxury brand image and tone suited to each platform’s audience.
  • Create annual, monthly, and weekly content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, PR, retail, and sales cycles.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market social campaigns in partnership with Marketing, Product, PR, and Sales.
Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Own conception, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing of high-quality content that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.
  • Serve as an on-screen personality when beneficial to storytelling (e.g., styling tips, behind-the-scenes, educational content, product showcases).
  • Direct and produce content with internal talent, creators, ambassadors, and external partners.
  • Ensure all content is optimized by platform and informed by performance analytics.
Community Growth & Engagement
  • Cultivate meaningful, two-way relationships with the brand’s social communities.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster thoughtful conversations that deepen brand affinity.
  • Partner with customer service to ensure timely and brand-aligned responses on social channels.
  • Monitor cultural trends, competitor movements, and platform innovations to keep the brand relevant and modern.
Influencers, Celebrities & Partnerships
  • Maximize impact of talent, creator, celebrity, and brand-partnership content across social channels.
  • Work with team to ensure we maximize influencer relationships, gifting strategy, and content usage rights to amplify reach authentically.
  • Identify emerging voices, stylists, jewelers, and micro-communities aligned with brand values to expand awareness and credibility.
Analytics, Optimization & Growth
  • Track performance metrics (growth, engagement, reach, sentiment, conversion) and translate insights into action.
  • Continuously test new formats, posting cadence, hooks, and creative approaches to improve results.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports with clear recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty, or jewelry.
  • Proven success building and scaling social channels with compelling content and community engagement.
  • Strong on-camera presence and confidence, with excellent storytelling and communication skills.
  • Expertise in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, Canva, video editing apps).
  • Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, best practices, culture, and trends.
  • Experience working with influencers, creators, and celebrity talent.
  • Highly creative, proactive, and agile, with strong aesthetic sensibility and passion for luxury branding.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary $100,000-$115,000
