The RoleWe’re hiring a Community & Partnerships Manager to build 4AM’s creator ecosystem and brand community from the ground up. This isn’t a “manage the existing program” role—you’ll be architecting the playbook, running gifting, planning events, and helping create content. You’ll report directly to our co-founder Sabrina and work closely with both founders daily.
We’re launching into a major national retailer in May 2025, so the first few months will be intense. If you thrive in fast-paced, build-mode environments, this is the role.
What You ll Do- Build and own our creator and influencer program from scratch—outreach, vetting, onboarding, relationship management, and performance tracking
- Plan and execute brand events and partnership activations that generate content and community buzz
- Run end-to-end gifting and seeding campaigns, from strategy through fulfillment and follow-up
- Be in the content mix every day—help plan and ideate social content, capture behind-the-scenes at events, film quick-turn videos, and jump on real-time moments
- Be scrappy and willing to do whatever it takes on the content side—whether that’s holding a phone for a founder shoot, editing a rough cut, or posting on the fly
- Develop and nurture a network of creators, micro-influencers, and brand advocates who authentically connect with 4AM
- Work cross-functionally with our social and marketing efforts to ensure community, partnerships, and content all amplify each other
- 2–3+ years in influencer marketing, community building, PR, partnerships, or social media
- You’ve worked with creators professionally and know how to build real relationships, not just send form emails
- Deep fluency in Tik Tok and Instagram—you understand what performs, what’s trending, and how creator content works
- Highly organized and proactive—you juggle dozens of relationships and deadlines without dropping anything
- Strong communicator across DMs, email, and in-person—your follow-up game is airtight
- Comfortable shooting content on a phone, being on-camera, and editing quick-turn videos—you don’t need a production team to make something good
- NYC-based or able to be in NYC regularly
- Love events, internet culture, and building relationships that turn into real brand moments
- Are low-ego and hands-on—you’ll be packing gifting boxes and DM’ing creators, not just writing strategy decks
- Move fast, figure things out, and don’t wait to be told what to do
- Want to be part of building a brand from the inside during an inflection point—pre-retail launch, all gas
