Marketing Associate

Top Tier Financial Services firm is seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team!

This is a generalist marketing role that supports day-to-day execution across digital channels, content, and brand initiatives in close partnership with senior marketing leadership.

This role will focus on owning and executing core marketing channels, supporting broader marketing initiatives, communications, and projects.

• Own execution, optimization, and performance tracking across digital channels, including social media and email marketing
• Manage and update the firm’s website, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and campaign priorities
• Create, update, and maintain marketing collateral such as brochures, newsletters, and white papers

• Execute ad-hoc PR and communications requests
• Support project management, reporting, and logistics for marketing initiatives and events
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and execution

• 2–4+ years of marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of social media, website, and email marketing
• Experience in or exposure to finance, investing, or private equity strongly preferred
• Strong communicator who can translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
• Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
• Strong project management and process-oriented thinking
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
