Overview
Our client, a big player in the eCommerce space, is seeking a Manager, Paid Social Performance Marketing to join their growing Performance Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and growth through Paid Social, with full ownership of strategy, execution, analytics, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with strong experience in managing paid performance channels and a passion for translating insights into action.
This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule in New York City.
- Salary: $100-125k
- Manage end-to-end Paid Social efforts, including channel strategy, campaign execution, analytics, and reporting across platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, and Pinterest.
- Build and maintain a testing roadmap to drive incrementality, optimize spend, and scale channel performance.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external creators to produce high-performing ad campaigns that balance data-driven insights with compelling creative.
- Ensure efficient results through close campaign management, continuous channel hygiene, and integration of new learnings.
- Stay up to date with Paid Social trends, introducing innovative practices to keep strategy fresh and competitive.
- Structure strong creative briefs and partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive urgency in optimization, treating every ad dollar as if it were your own.
- 3+ years of experience owning an end-to-end performance marketing channel, ideally Paid Social (experience with other paid performance channels considered).
- Deep understanding of Paid Social best practices and industry standards across creative, targeting, bidding, and account structure.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and communicate insights effectively.
- Knowledge of ROI, incrementality, and measurement/testing frameworks (A/B tests, holdout tests, etc.).
- Experience creating structured creative briefs and collaborating with in-house teams and external creators.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- SQL experience a plus.
