• Grow and maintain an engaged creator community
• Oversee creator onboarding, communication, and overall experience
• Support influencer campaigns
• Manage community programming across social, digital, and live touchpoints
• Plan and execute creator events while tracking engagement and performance

• 2+ years community or influencer experience
• Deep understanding of creator culture
• Beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry exposure
• Strong written communication and relationship skills
• Comfortable with metrics, reporting, and workflows
