Position: Trade Marketing Assistant/Associate Manager (Temp)
Location: New York

We are hiring a Trade Marketing Associate/Assistant Manager for a top beauty company in NYC! We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Trade Marketing Associate Manager to champion execution excellence across retail and omni-channel initiatives. In this role, you will be the critical link between Marketing, Demand Planning, and Sales teams ensuring displays, new product launches, and digital activations are delivered flawlessly, on time, and with maximum profitability.

Employees are expected to work from the New York, NY office three days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Pay Rate
: $33-40/hour pending experience

Contract
: 6-7 month contract role (Mat Leave Coverage)

Responsibilities
  • Display Execution & Creative Development
    Manage end-to-end display execution for all retail customers. Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to develop assortments and creative assets for displays. Ensure execution aligns with customer timelines and profitability targets.
  • New Product Development (NPD) Forecasting & Planning
    Support the NPD forecast process to ensure accurate volume communication across stakeholders. Drive cross-functional alignment to support timely and successful product launches. Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement in cross functional ways of working to deliver consistency and accuracy in the process.
  • Execution Excellence & Last-Mile Checks
    Conduct final checks to ensure flawless execution of NPD and display activations both online and offline. Partner with Omni-channel team to confirm all digital assets are live, accurate, and optimized for customer platforms.
  • Analytics & Process Improvement
    Identify and implement ongoing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cross functional ways of working. Develop and manage NPD, customer, display and other reporting and KPI scorecards. Support internal and external business planning meetings in building cohesive stories and insights.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Execution, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with syndicated data tools (i.e. Circana, NIQ, etc), data analytics, and business intelligence tools (i.e. Power

    BI, Tableau, etc).
  • Experience working with major U.S. retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon).
  • Familiarity with digital trade marketing and e-commerce platforms.
