The Role And What You’ll Do

As a Creative Project Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Official Hospitality program, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of creative projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and align with the program’s strategic goals. Reporting to the Creative Project Manager, you will assist in project coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication to help deliver high-quality creative outputs.

  • Assist in coordinating creative projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and strategic goals.
  • Support the development and execution of creative concepts, campaigns, and collateral in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Maintain project schedules, task lists, and status updates to ensure clear communication and progress tracking.
  • Facilitate the review and approval process for creative deliverables, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential challenges.
  • Utilize project management tools to track deliverables, manage resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support creative project planning and execution.
  • Assist in identifying potential risks and escalating issues to the Creative Project Manager as needed.
You Have These
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the creative, marketing, or events industries.
  • Basic understanding of creative processes, including design, copywriting, and production.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Pageproof, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
We’d Love If You Also Have These
  • Experience supporting large-scale events or global marketing campaigns.
  • Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup.
  • Knowledge of FIFA regulations and standards related to marketing and hospitality.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and project support.
