Digital and Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all digital content channels (email, social, paid, events, collaborations) by managing a team of a graphic designer, e-comm merchandiser, and social to create calendar of upcoming launches and promotions.
• Develop influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for clients, including building targeted outreach lists, managing Shop My for the brand, and coordinating with influencers and content creators on campaign deliverables.
• Identify KPIs and track performance metrics for online business activities. Utilize these key insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
• Plan quarterly photoshoot with in house photographer. Styling is a plus.
• Liaison with third party marketing firms to deliver ads to maximize ROI.
• Partner with relevant teams across the organization including planning team to optimize sales.

• 5+ years of experience across e-commerce and digital marketing with a strong background in project management.
• Able to wear multiple hats and function well on a small, nimble, proactive team.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify for targeting and segmentation.
• Knowledge of all digital advertising platforms including Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
