Hangar Four, a creative service agency, seeks a Senior Influencer Strategist to join a team dedicated to developing smart strategies, innovative ideas, and flawless execution. The role involves supporting senior leaders in defining, developing, and implementing influencer strategies for various clients, aiming to increase brand awareness and build a broad advocate network across the influencer space, including celebrities, vloggers, and bloggers.
The position supports the functions of H4's Influence department, focusing on influencer discovery, outreach, negotiation, contracting, program management, and client communication. The role reports to the Senior Director of Influencer Strategy.

Your Role:
We're Seeking:
- A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of influencer marketing experience with management responsibilities.
- Expertise in digital trends and analytics tools.
You Are:
- A creative yet analytical thinker capable of translating data into compelling narratives.
- Passionate about social media trends and innovations.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
· Self-motivated with strong self-management skills, able to meet deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
