About

the Role

As the Social + Content Coordinator at Farrynheight, you will play a vital role in supporting our social media and content initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement for our clients. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Social + Influencer, you will assist in managing social media accounts, creating content for our client’s owned social channels, coordinating creator partnerships, fostering relationships with online communities, and tracking hot social conversations and internet trends.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management
  • Assist in community management and maintain clients' social media channels across various platforms, including but not limited to Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.
  • Support the development and execution of social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting of content that aligns with clients' brand identities and objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to clients' industries, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in administrative needs related to client account management on an ad-hoc basis.
Community Engagement
  • Engage with followers and customers on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor conversations and trends within clients' online communities, identifying opportunities for engagement and relationship-building.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content, drive user engagement, and cultivate brand advocates and ambassadors.
Content Creation Support
  • Assist in content creation and curation for social media channels, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories, to support clients' content strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop content ideas, themes, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand messaging.
  • Assist in creative brief creation from conception to completion.
Cultural Trend Tracking
  • Power the team with cultural and internet trends by keeping a pulse on social conversations.
  • Provide trend tracking reports to feed stimuli in the strategy and creative process of content creation.
  • Support the team by proactively sending industry and social platform updates - staying abreast of new technological changes and creator developments.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to optimize strategies, tactics, and content for maximum impact and effectiveness.
Creator Partnership Coordination
  • Support the identification, outreach, and coordination of creator partnerships to amplify clients' messaging and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Assist in cultivating and maintaining relationships with content creators, facilitating collaborations and partnerships that align with clients' goals and values.
  • Coordinate creator campaigns and activations, including contract negotiation, content approvals, performance tracking, and invoicing
  • Assist in administrative needs related to client account management on an ad-hoc basis.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in social media management, influencer relations, or related roles is preferred.
  • Basic content creation skills through iPhone with familiarity in Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse audiences, including client-facing communications
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
