Our clients are scaling and need someone who can execute fast while thinking strategically. We need a hands‑on strategist who can jump from writing email copy to analyzing campaign performance to building influencer briefs – all in the same day. This isn’t a PowerPoint job. It’s for someone who wants to build campaigns that drive real growth for healthcare and wellness brands.

Without this role, our senior team stays stuck in execution instead of strategy, and our clients’ marketing becomes disconnected across channels.

• Monday:

What we’re looking for:

• Built and deployed real email campaigns that drove revenue
• Managed content calendars across multiple channels
• Worked with influencers and understand the creator economy
• Can write copy, design basic assets, and analyze performance data
• Comfortable with marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager)
• Presented to clients and can explain performance in business terms
• Understand that profitable growth beats vanity metrics every time
