As Head of Growth Marketing at Pikkit, you’ll own how users discover, try, and fall in love with the product. You’ll sit at the intersection of sports culture, product, and distribution, figuring out creative, repeatable ways to grow Pikkit beyond just paid ads.
This role is all about ideas and execution
. You’ll spend your time testing growth experiments across product-led growth, partnerships, content, community, SEO, referrals, and yes—paid when it makes sense. You’ll work closely with product, lifecycle, and social to deeply understand how sports fans behave and turn those insights into scalable growth loops. Head Of Growth Marketing, You Will
- Own and drive Pikkit’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and early retention
- Design, launch, and iterate on growth experiments across product, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and distribution
- Identify and build scalable growth loops tied to sports moments, betting behavior, and product usage
- Work closely with product to ship product-led growth ideas and improve activation flows
- Partner with lifecycle and social teams to align acquisition with onboarding and retention
- Experiment with channels beyond paid ads (referrals, creators, SEO, community, partnerships, virality)
- Use data to evaluate experiments, double down on what works, and quickly kill what doesn’t
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, growth strategy, or product-led growth roles
- Strong understanding of sports fans and sports betting behavior
- Proven track record of launching and running growth experiments (not just managing ad spend)
- Scrappy, fast-moving operator who’s comfortable testing ideas with imperfect information
- Ability to think creatively about distribution and growth outside of traditional paid channels
- Proficiency in measurement platforms and analytics tools (e.g. Apps Flyer, Amplitude, etc.)
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to connect ideas to outcomes
Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, lifecycle, and social teams - Daily user of the Pikkit app with a strong understanding of the product and user experience
