Responsibilities- Lead Paid Search strategy to drive retail performance, focusing on business-critical KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and other tactical metrics that influence daily account performance.
- Execute rigorous, fast-paced optimizations to meet retail performance targets, adapting quickly to changing conditions and opportunities.
- Oversee real-time testing and learning initiatives to drive continuous improvement, ensuring the team is consistently refining and evolving Paid Search strategies based on data and performance.
- Collaborate with clients to develop high-impact Paid Search roadmaps, providing actionable insights and recommendations that differentiate clients from competitors.
- Develop agile, data-driven campaign frameworks to ensure daily account performance is optimized through effective keyword management, bidding strategies, and ad copy refinement.
- Lead strategic meetings and provide performance updates that demonstrate actionable results and drive forward the overall business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on performance marketing trends, Paid Search best practices, and emerging opportunities within retail media and ecommerce.
- Ensure full funnel integration between Paid Search and other channels to ensure seamless customer journeys and optimal performance.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, ensuring talent is equipped with the tools, training, and opportunities necessary for career growth and excellence in Paid Search management.
- 8-10 years of experience in Paid Search, specifically focused on retail or e-commerce businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Search tools like SA360; deep understanding of optimization tactics to drive performance.
- Proven ability to quickly adapt to changing KPIs and business needs, delivering agile and responsive Paid Search strategies.
- Experience managing high-profile retail accounts with a focus on performance-driven results.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for optimization and client reporting.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of managing and growing teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present strategies and performance results to clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
$120—$230,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
