Seeking:

A senior leader who defines how a luxury travel brand grows and how it is experienced across every channel. This role shapes acquisition, brand presence, partnerships, social strategy, and community programs. Remote in NYC or Boston. Compensation: $120,000-$160,000 USD.

• Lead the full growth and brand strategy to drive membership, awareness, and revenue.
• Audit current marketing efforts and build an optimized, scalable roadmap.
• Manage agency partners across PR, creative, and acquisition.
• Guide CRM, lifecycle, and growth contributors, two direct reports.
• Own performance-driven acquisition metrics.
• Shape social strategy and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Lead partnerships, referrals, and ambassador programs.
• Translate insights into actionable, strategic plans.
• Ensure alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Member Experience.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships.

• 8+ years in growth marketing, brand, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design multi-channel growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of acquisition and conversion metrics.
• Experience managing agencies with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in luxury travel or lifestyle preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
