• To ensure adequate targeted publicity and coverage of the hotel’s positioning, promotional programs, corporate image building and other activities.
• Able to do photography and videography
• To ensure all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with HI’s brand standards.
• To closely work with Marketing Manager, Digital Manager, Food and Beverages Communication manager and PR to maximize use of the targeted market information including customer profile, behavior, and yield for the planning and evaluation of marketing communications
• Closely work together with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communication needs.
• To establish and maintain the hotel library and photographic image filing
• To assist the Marketing Communications Manager by maintaining accurate records of up to date marketing expenditures, future commitments and remaining budget for the year.
• To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.

• Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Graphic Design or other related fields.
• Has minimum 2 (Two) years’ experience in Digital/Design Agency or a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop , A strong portfolio of illustrations, videos, or other graphics.
• Excellent time management skills and have the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Creative mind and good storytelling skills, A keen eye for details and aesthetics.
