We are looking for a Customer & Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. The role will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of effective Account Based Marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate existing opportunities exclusively for a top target account list in the US.
What You Will Do- Partner with Verticalized sales teams to execute account-specific strategies for largest accounts through focused outbound engagement and high-touch nurturing.
- Own end-to-end execution of owned events, spanning from webinars to small client entertaining events and on-site client roadshows for our leadership team.
- Design ABM programs to break into new high-value accounts through hyper-personalized activations and targeted engagement.
- Drive customer marketing initiatives, including client entertainment and strategic introductions, to expand existing accounts into new teams and create upsell opportunities.
- Leverage customer data (marketplace, firmographic, technographic) to inform customized engagement strategies for both prospect acquisition and account expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to identify and execute on-site adoption and expansion opportunities for named accounts.
- Own marketing communication strategy to named accounts, ensuring a consistent, premium brand experience across the customer lifecycle.
- Define metrics and report regularly to optimize performance of both ABM and customer marketing initiatives.
- Drive adoption of new tools and capabilities that enable sellers to engage their accounts in curated, personalized ways.
- 5+ years of multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 3 years building 1:1 or 1:few ABM programs.
- A track record of engaging senior leaders through bespoke events and creative activations that drive high-value business relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud for account orchestration, Word Press for content management, and the Google Suite for advanced data analysis and client presentations.
- A creative, self-starter mindset with the ability to design non-standard marketing programs and manage complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and presentation skills with experience delivering digital and social strategies tailored to executive audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to process metrics in spreadsheets and report on ROI, pipeline management, and account health.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve hands-on results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Willingness to travel 25%+ primarily in North America.

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $104,000 to $130,000 + benefits including: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave. Individual compensation is based upon several factors, including qualifications and relevant experience. The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area and could vary for candidates in other locations.
