Key Responsibilities:

Serve as category expert for Brand Marketing, Brand Activation and Commercial Teams. Align CPD Brand team priorities and Go to Market strategies to maximize growth and drive market share.

Maintain an instinctive pulse on culture and utilize social listening data to elevate analytical storytelling. Leverage social listening data and real-time digital signals to enrich analytical storytelling, uncovering the 'why' behind consumer behavior to predict future trends.

Explore and develop deep understanding of market trends, category & competitive landscape dynamics, and consumer insights to inform category growth drivers, brand priorities and development of category growth strategy.

Deep understanding & application of Category Development toolkit such as, but not limited to: POS & Panel Sources (Nielsen, Circana, Profitero, Rakuten, Numerator, Retailer Loyalty Card Data), Third Party Research (Kantar, Euromonitor, Stylus), and bespoke shopper research tools. Design and execute bespoke shopper research studies to uncover actionable insights.

Provide Omni-Channel insights to retailer & multi-functional teams by leveraging ecommerce tools, dashboards and panels (Market 360, Power

BI, Nielsen). Leverage ecommerce tools/dashboards such as Market 360, Ecom Dashboard. Ecommerce MRMs to provide omni-channel commercial insights to the retailer and multi-functional teams.

Analytic and presentation support for internal & customer meetings; CPD National Summit, International Leadership Meetings, Brand M 's, 3 Year Plan, Customer Line Reviews & Category Onboardings.

Liaison between Customer Category Managers & Central Teams; communicate key initiatives and category trends to ACM team streamline internal requests out to ACM team. Identify category opportunities, and deliver action plans to Account Category Managers for retail implementation to drive growth, secure incremental space and improve brand positioning.

The Network you would work with:

  • Category Lead, CCMs and Account Category Manager peer  group.
  • Marketing, Brand Activation, and Head of Sales.
  • CMI and Shopper Insights.

  • Analytically minded with a focus on solving complex business problems through data analysis and a strong understanding of our internal business strategy.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced environment, demonstrate agility in complex project scenarios and determine the right solution and resources needed to address different questions.
  • Understanding of how different data is generated and its potential limitations.
  • A strong storyteller who can craft visualizations that are focused but thorough and is comfortable presenting to upper-level management.
  • Aims to build relationships with cross-functional teams to further their knowledge and impact within the company.
Background &

Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience working in a strategic consulting or business analytics role.
  • Hands on experience working with large datasets to derive insights and make recommendations.
  • Experience creating & presenting complex analyses and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Experience building tools to help streamline analysis processes.
  • Educational background in Data Analytics/Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Marketing.
