Aboutthe Role
As the Senior Manager of Social and Influencer at Farrynheight, you will be a pivotal individual contributor, responsible for driving our social media strategies and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth for our clients. Reporting to the Senior Director of Social and Influencer, you will play a key role in shaping our clients social media presence, fostering relationships with influencers, and executing impactful social engagements with clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the strategic lead on all social and channel management — setting platform strategies, defining content direction, and ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
- Oversee content calendars, channel programming, and publishing workflows.
- Balance lo-fi, in-the-moment storytelling with high-production assets to maximize engagement and impact.
- Execute comprehensive social media strategies and plans in alignment with clients business objectives and brand identities, ensuring consistent messaging and effective audience targeting.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, and Tik Tok.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to clients industries, leveraging insights to inform content creation and strategy refinement.
- Lead on execution across influencer campaigns from initial strategy and approach to execution in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Build and manage creator/influencer pipelines to fuel always-on storytelling and tentpole campaigns
- Assist in the identification, evaluation, and management of influencer partnerships to amplify clients messaging and reach target audiences effectively.
- Oversee briefs, deliverables, and quality control to align with KPIs and brand voice.
- Identify emerging talent and cultural opportunities to enhance brand reach.
- Support client engagements related to social media and influencer initiatives, providing assistance in communication, content creation, and performance reporting.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing insights, recommendations, and updates on social media strategies and campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders and clients to track progress towards goals.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, tactics, and content for maximum impact and effectiveness.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience in content creation, community management, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
