About Pacagen

Pacagen () is a house of brands focused on disrupting consumer industries through biotechnology-backed products built by our in-house research lab. We are actively incubating new technologies in the immune, inflammation, and consumer health spaces. Our first brand helps with allergies to pets and dust that >70K customers use in our second year on the market. Our second and third brands are launching in spring & summer of 2026.

We are seeking a proactive, passionate and highly motivated individual to join our team and assist with performance marketing and product development efforts, and help building a health supplement brand from the ground up. As a Marketing & Product Associate, you’ll have a dual mission to help scale our organic and paid advertisements channels while crafting captivating campaigns to tell their story to the consumers.

You will also get the chance to shape new products and experiences for these consumers. You will work directly with our co-founders, who built one of the fastest-growing science-backed beauty brands of all time.

The best candidate for this role has a proven track record for clear communication, proactive problem solving, ownership, and is passionate about improving our customers’ quality of life. Our team is highly collaborative, so a successful team member will lead with curiosity, humility, and a desire to learn. This role is for someone who actively enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wearing multiple hats, and is keen to take on larger responsibilities as the company grows rapidly.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across organic and paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google, email marketing) to raise brand awareness and enable rapid scaling
• Help shape product positioning, messaging, and launch plans
• Support performance marketing experimentation, testing, and optimization; analyze performance data and customer feedback to inform marketing and product decisions
• Help with product supply chain and vendor communication efforts
• Continuously learn and adapt new skillsets to support the brand as it scales

• BS or BA in any field, but a proven track-record of high performance and strong execution
• Fast learner with a can-do attitude and high efficiency (no prior marketing or product experience required, but you must be motivated to learn quickly)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and creative problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to take ownership, move projects forward independently, and meet deadlines
• Analytical thinker who is comfortable learning from data, experimentation, and iterations
• Growth-oriented mindset, with curiosity, humility, and a desire to continuously improve in a highly collaborative environment
• Passion for wellness, consumer health, or science-backed products
