Responsibilities
- Execute regional and national marketing plans and campaigns in collaboration with Regional Originations Directors and marketing leadership
- Support the creation and manage engaging content across multiple channels including email campaigns, websites, social media, Google Ads, Linked In, and thought leadership articles
- Facilitate the design marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies, and social media graphics, and coordinate event materials for conferences and industry events
- Coordinate compliance review processes for all marketing materials, ensuring proper approvals and documentation
- Support email marketing campaigns from creation through performance tracking, and manage social media accounts to engage target audiences
- Assist with Salesforce and Pardot integration to optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Support PR-related tasks, sales enablement efforts, and conduct market research and competitive analysis
- No Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of marketing experience, ideally in commercial real estate finance, clean energy, or financial services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and genuine interest in sustainability and commercial real estate finance
- Experience with Adobe Express, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and/or financial services marketing
