Overview:At JONATHAN Y, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Brand Assistant to support the team. This role works closely with the Brand Manager to assist with brand initiatives, product development, and merchandising efforts. The Brand Assistant will help coordinate product launches, support merchandising tasks, and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors, while gaining hands‑on experience in brand management.
What you’ll do:- Assist the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Support the development of new products and expansion of existing items, including tracking styles, colors, and variations
- Help with merchandising tasks such as organizing product samples, creating line sheets, and preparing product presentations
- Maintain detailed product records, specifications, and documentation for both new and existing items
- Coordinate with factories and vendors to track production timelines and ensure timely delivery of product samples
- Assist with inventory tracking, basic sales analysis, and product performance reporting using Excel
- Monitor market trends and competitors to provide summaries or reports to the Brand Manager
- Prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and internal reports as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Brand Manager, including scheduling meetings, coordinating communication, and tracking project timelines
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to support product launches and campaigns
- 1+ years of experience in brand support, product coordination, merchandising, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
- Exposure to product development or merchandising processes is a plus
$50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
