The opportunity

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our team and help shape how we bring innovative crypto, blockchain and financial products to market. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and retail usage. Success in this role means ensuring that our value propositions resonate with individual users.

You’ll be responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies, managing product launches, crafting positioning and enabling internal teams with the right narratives and details to drive adoption. Post launch, you’ll monitor engagement and provide continued marketing support to meet our Business Unit and Product KPIs.

What you’ll be doing primarily
  • Obsess Over the Details:
    Dig into every aspect of the product with the Product Manager and the Business Unit teams to understand every product nuance, any limitations and any incentives or promotions we may attach. Translate these details to internal teams and most importantly our users.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market briefs and plans for our crypto trading and neobanking products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and adherence to our internal processes.
  • Product Communications & Positioning:
    Craft and refine product communications guidelines that resonate with retail clients, highlighting key differentiators and addressing market needs. The key objective is to make sure the user understands how to engage with our products.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer insights, to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. Have awareness of similar products in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with product, delivery, business units, data and the marketing team to ensure smooth and cohesive product launches and campaigns.
  • Content Development:
    Work with the marketing team to create high-impact marketing collateral, including CRM, social media, video, influencer and affiliate scripts and more which are tailored to different customer segments.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Develop and manage initiatives to drive customer education and engagement.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product launches, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Drive out the cycle from value proposition, marketing strategy, launch, results, feedback and improvements to deliver on KPIs.
Required qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field.
  • Have at least 4 years product marketing or general marketing experience working on crypto, neobanking, Fin Tech or technology-powered products.
  • Advanced knowledge of the crypto industry.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Very strong communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Metrics-driven to identify the key success indicators for the different products.
  • Analytical skills to examine internal and external data.
  • Fluent written and oral English skills.
