Position: Marketing Manager - USA
Location: New York

A Marketing Manager in the team is expected to own and deliver on the long-term marketing plans and execute them operating with a high degree of independence. Associate This person is responsible for effectively managing multi-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across functions such as Sales, Product, Brand, Events marketing functions.

Creativity is a core tenet with strong communication skills, excellent time management capabilities, and a solid understanding of key marketing functions such as content creation, event planning, digital marketing, and related growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and timely execution of the marketing campaigns as per the strategic plan.
  • Track campaign performance and compile reports for the same
  • Work with product and design teams to develop and maintain sales deck, brochures, one-pagers, datasheets, and other product collateral for Qure’s sales team
  • Execute key conference, congress presence with plan for utilisation of KoLs and winning narratives and growth initiatives around trade marketing events and conferences
  • Assist in updating and maintaining website content in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Support the Director with research, competitor tracking, and ad-hoc marketing projects as needed.
Skills & Expertise
  • 1–3 years in marketing, preferably B2B marketing
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working with design tools or briefing creative teams
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple deliverables
  • Team player and a self-starter
  • Experience/ understanding of the US healthcare industry is a plus
  • Open up to 15% travel as needed.
  • Ability to adapt and communicate cross-functionally.
