The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for leading website marketing and automation initiatives while supporting the firm’s integrated digital marketing efforts (omnichannel). The role will involve identifying, planning, executing and reporting on all web-based marketing efforts and making recommendations for enhancements to digital experience. This is a collaborative position involving engagement with the distribution channels, Product, HR, Legal/Compliance and internal marketing partners across the firm.
MajorResponsibilities/Activities Website Marketing
- Support enhancements to the website marketing strategy and advocate for successful best practices within the organization
- Work with other members of Marketing teams to define, plan and execute website updates and campaigns on time
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve website marketing and to support lead generation, content optimization, high visitor engagement, calls to action, etc.
- Monitor performance and produce standardized reports along with recommendations on an ongoing basis
- Conduct deep dive analysis to understand customer touch points and success across different client segments
- Stay abreast of latest trends and industry tools to optimize and innovate in this space
- Provide strategic counsel to internal and external stakeholders on digital marketing best practices.
- Assist in developing new and strengthening existing high impact digital campaigns to increase engagement and drive sales.
- Work to support website strategy for the firm and help integrate online platforms with other digital assets
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with minimum 5 to 10 years of experience
- Working knowledge of website creation tools (CMS) and HTML/CSS
- Proficiency in google analytics, marketing and/or business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with automation platforms as well as CRM tools like Salesforce
- Experience with Adobe photoshop or graphic design tools a plus
- Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred but not required
- A natural self-starter and problem solver with a data-driven mentality to identify key avenues for growth and report digital data insights
- Scrappy, highly motivated team player ready to hustle and drive change
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate persuasively
