** Position Summary
** The Senior Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and assisting in the development of marketing strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer behavior.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed market research to understand the latest trends. This includes studying consumer behavior, purchasing habits, and demographic factors that affect the market.
• Use statistical techniques to predict future sales. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and economic indicators.
• Assist in the creation of comprehensive marketing strategies based on data analysis. This includes identifying target audiences, setting marketing objectives, and determining the best ways to reach those audiences.
• Regularly monitor and analyze competitor products, sales, and marketing activities. This includes understanding their strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities and threats.
• Analyze customer behavior to understand their needs and preferences. Use this information to suggest changes to marketing strategies to better target customers and meet their needs.
• Create detailed reports that provide insight into key data points. These reports should be easy to understand and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with other teams (like sales, product development, and customer service) to implement marketing strategies. This includes sharing insights and collaborating on marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns. Use this data to make recommendations for improvements and to measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities.
• Manage large databases of customer and market information. Use segmentation techniques to target specific groups for marketing campaigns.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to management. This includes creating clear and compelling presentations that effectively communicate the results of your analysis.
Work Experience and
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Licenses &

· Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) is preferred.
