We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in an entry-level role. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, event coordination, and video content management. Supporting two key areas of the business—events and video content organization—this role offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with the marketing leadership team.
Responsibilities1. Event Support & Coordination
- Assist with maintaining and organizing client lists for events.
- Help coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, venue research, and scheduling.
- Support the preparation of event materials, ensuring they align with Newmark’s brand guidelines.
- Track and organize event-related expenses and assist with processing reports.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and general coordination.
2. Video Content Support
- Work closely with the VP of Content Development to organize and manage the video content pipeline.
- Assist in tracking video projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Ensure accuracy in how video content is categorized, labeled, and displayed across platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a consistent and user-friendly video library.
- Provide administrative support for video-related tasks, including updates and basic troubleshooting.
This role is designed to provide a strong foundation in marketing by offering hands-on experience in event coordination and video content management. You’ll have the chance to work closely with the marketing leadership team, gaining valuable insights into how marketing strategies are developed and executed.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with video content management or marketing tools is a plus but required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
