Role
As a foundational member of the go-to-market team, you ll collaborate directly with the CEO, VP of Creator Strategy (Creator), and Head of Sales (Brand) to support the growth and operations of campaigns on Agentio. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a generational platform redefining advertising and creator monetization. You will have immense responsibility and deep involvement in the advertising success of some of the world s leading brands and creators on You Tube, helping unlock scale within a highly-performant but untapped advertising channel.
This role will focus on the optimization and success of the brand and creator journeys on the Agentio ad platform, including:
- Brand Strategy Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize client campaign/evergreen advertising performance, aligning with both creator capabilities and brand objectives. - Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, engaging with cross-functional teams (including leadership, sales, creator relations, and product development) to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaign objectives. - Analytical Excellence:
Evaluate vast amounts of data and extract insights that inform campaign strategies. Take ownership of analyzing and interpreting advertising and campaign data, developing actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations to enhance advertising outcomes for clients. Help produce detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to both internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity and actionable intelligence. - Client Communication and Trust:
Build client trust and generate value through thoughtful client communication. Be prepared to present strategies, learnings, and optimization recommendations to ensure client success and growth. - Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the digital advertising landscape, the broader marketing and advertising ecosystem, and the creator economy, applying this knowledge to strategy development.
- You have 6+ years of experience in client-facing, client success, and support roles (account management, client success, campaign strategy) with a proven track record of successfully growing key advertising accounts.
- Deep experience in ad platforms, analyzing and reporting on performance data, extracting actionable campaign insights, and presenting them to internal and external teams.
- You have a great understanding of the influencer space, You Tube creators, You Tube advertising, podcast advertising, digital marketing, and you have a passion for driving change in the way brands and creators work together.
- You’ve been successful as a performance marketer or working directly with performance marketers to optimize their campaigns, spend, and/or creator campaigns.
- You have experience successfully managing a large amount of live campaigns at once.
- You are highly organized and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- You are passionate about AI, have incorporated AI into your workflows, and are constantly looking for ways to better optimize your day-to-day through the latest AI/LLM technology.
- You demonstrate a growth mindset and are constantly looking to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- You are able to work quickly, be nimble, and autonomously make impactful decisions.
- You are a true problem-solver and self-starter, with natural ambition and drive. No task is too small.

The estimated base compensation for this role is between $125,000 & $180,000. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, this role is eligible for commission, equity, and competitive benefits.
