Role Description

Scarlett Gasque is seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce, CRM & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth, elevate customer experience, and drive revenue across all channels. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of fashion, technology, and customer engagement. This is a full-time hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing & Ads
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Own the ads calendar to align with launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage SEO/PPC bidding strategies.
  • Monitor performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Email & SMS Marketing
  • Manage the email/SMS calendar, including flows and campaigns (welcome, cart abandonment, winback, etc.).
  • Oversee design, copy, segmentation, and scheduling of sends.
  • Analyze performance and optimize engagement, conversion, and retention.
Website Operations & UX
  • Oversee homepage refreshes and PDP/collection updates.
  • Partner with developers (Arctic Grey) to manage bug testing, fixes, and site improvements.
  • Ensure seamless navigation, checkout flow, and site operations.
Order Management & Customer Service
  • Manage daily order flow across Shopify, wholesale, and marketplaces.
  • Resolve fulfillment, shipping, or customer issues in real time.
  • Deliver premium customer service and styling support.
  • Report on business performance and KPI's weekly
Styling & Brand Engagement
  • Provide styling recommendations for top-tier clients and gifting.
  • Collaborate on editorial content, styling guides, and brand storytelling.
  • Ensure the site reflects brand vision and product positioning.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in womens e-commerce
  • Highly skilled in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally Netsuite
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an intimate team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written presentation skills
  • Results oriented
  • Prior experience in women's apparel, lingerie and/or bridal
  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion
