Senior Marketing Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive demand, strengthen brand presence, and support revenue growth. This role partners closely with sales, partnerships, and product teams to clearly communicate Financial WELLNESS Global’s value to the market.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support sales and partnership growth.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives for key audiences.
• Create and oversee content, campaigns, and thought leadership across channels.
• Support sales teams with enablement materials, case studies, and presentations.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Build scalable marketing processes to support long-term growth.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing within healthcare, insurance, benefits, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of demand generation and enterprise buying journeys.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales and partnerships teams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and strategic communication skills.
• A hands-on, collaborative mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
