• Oversee all facets of client utilization of the Retail Media management platform
• Drive client retention and identify business growth opportunities
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients for effective platform use
• Assist with the implementation and best practices for Retail Media marketing campaigns
• Communicate regularly with clients to evaluate satisfaction and anticipate future needs

• B.A. or B.S. degree
• 2+ years of experience in client services and/or technical project management
• Hands-on experience with Amazon marketing campaign implementation and management; additional experience with Walmart, Target, or Instacart is a plus
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

• Experience in a media agency
• Familiarity with Skai Retail Marketing or other Retail Media platforms
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics related to Amazon and other Retail Media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic coding skills such as JavaScript and HTML
• Experience collaborating with a team both locally and virtually
