- Serve as the primary contact for aligned Agency clients and manage client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and agency executives
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs and objectives
- Track key account metrics and identify growth opportunities within the customer base
- Lead a team of Client Success Managers to exceed client goals and drive performance
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise client services, account management, or client-facing technical project management
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic advertiser or agency relationships
- Strong understanding of performance marketing across e-commerce, search, and social media
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with Skai or comparable performance marketing platforms
- Amazon, Google, and/or Meta certifications
- Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused strategic solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects while paying strong attention to detail
- Willingness to travel 10-20%
