We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in customer messaging strategy. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product, growth, and brand teams to craft compelling narratives that clearly articulate our product’s value, improve user onboarding, and drive customer engagement and retention. This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing messaging across key customer touch points — including website copy, email marketing, ad campaigns, and in-product communications - to support business objectives and deliver a seamless, conversion-oriented user experience.
YourResponsibilities
- Develop clear and compelling product messaging that resonates with key customer segments and supports Raisin’s growth and retention goals.
- Own the copy and content for product-related marketing materials across channels, including website landing pages, onboarding flows, lifecycle emails, performance marketing ads, FAQs, and in-app messaging.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to ensure messaging is consistent and supports a seamless, high-conversion customer journey.
- Partner with performance and lifecycle teams to run A/B tests on messaging and creative across web and email - using results to inform copy direction and optimize funnel performance.
- Translate complex product features and financial concepts into simple, benefit-driven language for a consumer audience.
- Track and analyze the performance of messaging and content across channels using key KPIs (e.g., CTR, CVR, activation, retention), and make data-informed recommendations for iteration and improvement.
- Help develop and execute go-to-market content strategies for new product features, launches, and growth initiatives.
- Contribute to customer research and insights gathering to inform messaging direction and deepen audience understanding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing and/or content marketing - ideally within fintech, financial services, or a digital-first B2C product
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with an ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling language.
- Experience creating content with AI to align blog and website messaging with intent, conversion and engagement.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of juggling multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, experienced in cross-functional team environments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve messaging.
- Bonus:
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Contentstack.
