  • Monitor capital plans and broader A/E/C market activity.

Content Creation & Brand Support

  • Develop, write, and format marketing collateral including brochures, resumes, project sheets, case studies, and firm profiles.
  • Support or lead newsletter development.
  • Assist with or manage social media content strategy and execution; senior staff may oversee website content and brand alignment initiatives.

Proposal Management

  • Coordinate and prepare proposals, presentations, qualification packages, prequalification forms, SF 300s, SF 255s, workload forms, and other required documents.
  • Maintain marketing file structures, including Go/No-Go documentation, kickoff outlines, and close-out processes.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are updated annually and that proposal closeouts are properly recorded.
  • Senior Coordinators lead high-profile proposal efforts and facilitate capture plan meetings with leadership.

Marketing Strategy & Leadership (Senior Levels)

  • Lead development of marketing strategies aligned with project pursuits.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to position MP+ for upcoming opportunities.
  • Prepare proposal win-rate reports and quarterly performance summaries.

Event & Outreach Coordination

  • Assist with or lead planning and execution of company events, industry conferences, webinars, and sponsorship initiatives.
  • Track marketing inventory and support development of promotional materials.
  • Senior Coordinators may identify and coordinate panelist opportunities and external visibility initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Marketing Coordinator Levels I–III: 1–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within the A/E/C industry.
  • Senior Marketing Coordinator Levels I–III: 5–8+ years of A/E/C marketing experience with proven success in leading proposals and campaigns.
Skills
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content to various audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and communications platforms (Survey Monkey, Constant Contact).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and design software;
Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.
  • Ability to review, interpret, and outline proposal requirements and implement edits from senior staff.
Attributes
  • Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Self-starter who works independently and takes ownership of deliverables.
