TikTok Marketing Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager (Tik Tok) to own and grow our Tik Tok presence from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands trends, short-form video, music culture, and audience growth, and wants hands-on experience building a brand from the ground up.

You will be responsible for creating content, growing followers, and helping Aico AI DJ build a strong, recognizable voice on Tik Tok.

Content Creation

• Create and post Reels, Stories, and Feed content
• Develop engaging short-form video content (product demos, party clips, bar/venue use cases, trends, memes)
• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand voice
• Collaborate with the team to repurpose user-generated content (UGC)

Growth & Engagement

• Grow Tik Tok followers organically through consistent posting, trends, and engagement strategies
• Engage with followers via comments, DMs, and story interactions
• Monitor and leverage Tik Tok trends, sounds, and formats relevant to music, nightlife, and college culture
• Help define a clear Tik Tok content strategy (posting cadence, themes, formats)
• Test new content ideas and iterate based on performance

• Strong interest in social media marketing, especially Tik Tok
• Experience creating short-form video content (Reels, Tik-Tok, Shorts)
• Familiarity with tools like Tik-Tok native editor, Cap Cut, Canva, or similar
• Strong sense of trends, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Passion for music, nightlife, events, or college culture is a big plus
• Self-starter mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
