What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and execution of strategic, integrated media recommendations by utilizing consumer insights, planning tools, past learnings and industry insights.
• Oversee flawless execution of digital media campaigns. This includes leading campaign implementation and execution, monitoring/optimizing, and insightful reporting.
• Manage the day-to-day process and strategic development of all media planning efforts for your clients
• Lead a team of digital media supervisors and managers
• Present media strategy to clients for approval
• Create client specific benchmarks and help to oversee campaign performance to scale results
• Bring a self-starter attitude
• Calculates reach and frequency of potential media vehicles.
• Help your team grow and learn through strong people leadership and accountability. Build growth paths for your team to promote from within

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in paid digital media across multiple channels
• 3+ years of experience in an integrated marketing agency
• Must be well-versed in ABM
• Familiar with personalized digital advertising
• Proven experience and knowledge of content syndication and end-to-end lead flow
• Well-versed in B2B marketing, specifically within the high tech industry
• Well-versed in a typical marketing tech stack
• Well-versed on tag managers, ad servers, and other tools used to track campaigns.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and media
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating campaign reports
• Positive, energetic and upbeat spirit
• Strong mathematical abilities required in this position.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks required.

Salary range for New York, New York candidates: $115,000 - $130,000 DOE & professional certifications.
