Job Title: Senior Specialist, Experiential & Production

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Experiential and Production team. The Specialist will play an integral role in producing best-in-class brand activations, hospitality programs, and live events across a range of clients and industries. This individual should bring a strong understanding of event operations, vendor management, and client servicing, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on production experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.

• Plan, produce and execute experiential activations, hospitality programs, and live events from concept to completion.
• Manage select work streams independently while supporting senior team members on larger, complex programs.
• Develop timelines, production schedules, budgets, and vendor trackers to ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Oversee selected elements of on‑site event setup, logistics, and staff management.
• Create professional client deliverables including decks, budgets, run‑of‑shows, and post‑event recaps.
• Contribute to RFP responses, creative brainstorms, and proposal development.
• Own invoicing, purchase orders, and job reconciliations.
• Maintain inventory and oversee shipping logistics for event materials.
• Provide clear communication to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring alignment on next steps and deliverables.
• Participate in on‑site event support, including nights and weekends as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field or 4 additional years of relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in experiential marketing, live event production, brand activations, or agency work.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) preferred.
  • Experience developing and managing event budgets.

Salary Range: $64,350

SPORTFIVEis providing the compensation range it might pay for this position. The rate of pay offered will be dependent on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
